Coordination with the Internal Customer (Business & IT)
• Techno-Functional resource.
• Ability to understand Business requirements.
• Provide proactive support to the Business team with internal team coordination.
• Review the requirements/ Feedback/Suggestions received from Business users.
• Coordination with all relevant stakeholders like Infra, IT, CBS, Ops team and Business team for smooth closure of the planned activities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
• Experience working with technology projects is preferred.
• Visiting to the Branches / Regional & Zonal offices and;
• Calling to the Branch Managers / BOM and understand the issues/Pain points facing by branches on day to day Operations.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree
Experience: 3 to 7 years
