A great role - for a UX Researcher/Web Analyst to work with the Head of ecommerce product - analysing and evaluating online customer behaviour, to help drive informed business decisions. Contributing toward the creation of exceptional digital customer experiences. Leveraging GA4 and other analytical tools to dive deep into the online customer experience, uncovering actionable insights
You’ll also support the CRO testing team by helping to determine the measuring criteria and key KPIs for effective review.
Key areas of responsibility include:
• Using GA4 and complementary analytics tools to monitor, analyse, and optimize the customer journey.
• Conducting both qualitative and quantitative research to drive data-informed design decisions.
• Collaborating closely with the product team to identify improvements and implement a robust, user-centric design framework.
• Creating seamless and engaging usability across the digital platforms.
The role requires a passion for data, digging deep into insights and challenging assumptions in a robust and credible manner.
Experience of working with product managers in an Agile software development environment and commercial experience as a UX Researcher or Web Analyst.
High proficiency with Google Analytics, tag manager, PowerBI/Tableau or equivalent, Hotjar, Figma/Sketch or similar.
